8Wx2 Ultra-Power Navigation Light, 16mm, T-Fuse - Red

Thin high-performance 16mm light with 8Wx2 and wide beam angle through a special spreading cap. The profile light is delivered as a ready assembled unit on a special, CNC manufactured aluminium PCB and a removable polycarbonate cap as covering. The luminaire is ready to use for operation with 2S LiPo (ca. 8V). With 3S (12V), the enclosed resistor has to be used. Alternatively you can use a 8W-3S adaption cable.

Please note that high-performance LEDs can get very hot, up to 70°C is quite normal. These 8W luminaires are not suitable for continuous operation without additional cooling, operation times of a few minutes are possible. Please check operation temperatures. The luminaires are perfectly suited to be BEACON or ACL lights. The integrated temperature sensor will switch off the light in case of overheating, thus the useage as powerful position light is possible.
